% 18.07.2016 The learned counsel for the Respondent states that the Respondent has already appointed Mr Anil Kumar, IG (Prov), Headquarters DG, BSF, as an Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes raised by the Petitioner.

Learned counsels for parties have agreed that the Arbitrator shall conclude the adjudication of the disputes within a period of nine months from today.

In view of same, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays to withdraw the instant petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
