This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant Mr. Ashok Jakhar in case FIR No. 565/2024 under Sections 376,506,509 IPC registered at PSPaschim Vihar. 2.

As per status report filed by the State, petitioner had joined the investigation on 28.11.2024 and has been thoroughly interrogated and bound down in the present matter.

The learned APP under instructions from the Investigating Officer states that charge sheet is ready and is likely to be filed very soon without arresting the petitioner.
