The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.194/2024 registered under Section 281 BNS at P.S. Rajinder Nagar, Delhi on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes. 2.
As per the allegations levelled in the FIR, the petitioner's car collided with the car driven by respondent No.2, causing simple injuries to the private respondents.

Learned APP for the State submits that in the present case, the petitioner is the only accused and respondent Nos.2 to 4 are the complainants/victims. He further submits that the FIR is pending investigation and the chargesheet is yet to be filed. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and have entered into a settlement vide Settlement Deed dated 14.10.2024. It is further submitted that the remaining balance of the settlement amount, i.e., Rs.60,000/- has been handed over to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respondent No.2 in cash today. In terms of the said settlement, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are now left with no claims or grievances whatsoever against the petitioner.

The petitioner, who is present in Court, has been identified by his counsel as well as by the concerned Investigating Officer. Respondent Nos.2 to 4, who are also present in Court, have been identified by the concerned Investigating Officer.

The petitioner has shown remorse for his conduct and he undertakes not to repeat the same in future. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 state that they have entered into the aforesaid Settlement Deed out of their own free will, volition and without any coercion. They further state that they have no objection if the present FIR and consequent proceedings are quashed. 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no other proceedings are pending between the parties.

The parties shall remain bound by the statements made in Court today.

In view of the above facts and since no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the present criminal proceedings, it is directed that the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.

With the above directions, the petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
