This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India laying a challenge to the disciplinary proceedings initiated pursuant to a chargesheet dated 07.09.2024. Learned counsel for the Petitioner limits his grievance to Annexure A3, i.e. document dated 19.10.2024 which are Minutes of the Meeting of Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC) held on 19.10.2024 to demonstrate that Ms. Meenakshi Pant, who was one of the members of the DAC was appointed as the Presenting Officer to assist the Inquiry Officer which is impermissible in law.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents No.1 and 2/School, at the outset, hands over a corrigendum dated 23.10.2024, whereby the DAC has been re-constituted and Ms. Meenakshi Pant has been replaced with one Ms. Sarika Chawla. Copy of the said corrigendum has been taken on record. A copy of the same has been handed over to learned counsel for the Petitioner, who submits that so far as this limited issue is concerned, the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed. 7.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are required to be passed. Pending application also stands disposed of. 8.

It will be open to the Petitioner to raise all other factual and legal issues and contentions raised in this writ petition with regard to the pending disciplinary proceedings before the appropriate Forum at the appropriate time.
