The present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 109/2023, under Sections 376D/506/109 of the IPC and Sections 6/17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO Act'), registered at P.S. Patparganj Industrial Area.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a prayer to direct the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal in the present case. 4.

It is pointed out that the prosecution evidence and statement of the accused stand complete and the trial is at the stage of defence evidence.
