The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to travel between 28.08.2025 and 11.09.2025 to Europe and UAE for personal purposes.

The present petition assails a Look Out Circular, issued by the Directorate of Enforcement/ respondent no.4.

During the course of hearing, it is informed by learned counsel for Enforcement of Directorate, on the basis of an e-mail, addressed by Mr. Brijesh Beniwal, Assistant Director, Delhi, Zonal Office-I, that the concerned LOC against the petitioner is in the process of being withdrawn The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and that the same would be done before the scheduled travel date of the petitioner i.e. 28.08.2025. The said statement is taken on record. 4.

The above redresses the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition itself.

The present application and the writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

Upon withdrawal of the LOC, let the concerned communication/ intimation be sent to the Bureau of Immigration/respondent no.3, expeditiously, prior to the petitioner's travel. W.P.(C) 16370/2024 7.
