The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioners seeking direction to declare the petitioners as qualified vide awarding 3 grace marks, i.e. 39.29%, and rounding off to 40% passing marks for validation of degree, and issue fresh/ revised result/certificate. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant writ petition stands allowed. The petitioner is granted similar relief. The respondent is directed to extend the benefit of rounding off the petitioner marks, after giving grace marks, from 39.29% to 40%.
