The Petitioner has filed the instant petition for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 237/2022 dated 04.08.2022 registered at Police Station Special Cell for offences under Section 17 & 18 of the UAPA and Section 120B of the IPC. Chargesheet was filed and offences under Section 38, 39 & 40 of the UAPA and Section 21 and 25 of the NDPS Act were added. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2022 and even cognizance has not been taken in the matter.

for hearing before the learned Trial Court on 10.07.2025. 4.

The Trial Court is requested to hear the arguments on cognizance on the date already fixed and decide the matter as expeditiously as possible and make an endeavour to commence trial within six months from today. 5.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach the learned Trial Court by filing a fresh application for grant of bail at a later stage. 6.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
