% 18.03.2016 By this writ petition, petitioners have prayed that respondent nos. 1 and 2 be restrained from raising any construction in the property bearing no. 217 A, Dhakka, Near Bhai Parmanand Colony, Delhi - 110009. It has been further prayed that respondent nos. 3 and 4 be directed to stop and seal the unauthorised construction which is going on in the aforesaid property. Counsel for respondent no. 3 submits that property has already been booked and show cause notice has been issued to the owner/occupier of the property. It is further submitted that further action would be taken in accordance with law.

Work stop notice has already been served on the respondent no. 4. ASI Shyam Sunder, P.S. Mukherjee Nagar, who is present

in Court, submits that no construction is being carried out at site. He further submits that regular watch on day to day basis would be kept on the property to ensure that no construction is commenced henceforth. He further submits that action would be taken by the respondent no. 4 in terms of the work stop notice and in accordance with law in case construction is commenced in the property. In view of this statement, present writ petition has not been pressed and the same is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
