The present petition under Sections 10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks following prayers:- "a. Proceed against the Contemnor herein as per the provisions of section 2(b), 10 and 12 of Contempt of Court Act for non-compliance of the terms and conditions of the MOU dated 14.05.2024 as well as the statement given before the Hon'ble Court of Mr. Sanjeev Jain, Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Delhi at the time of first motion dated 27.05.2024 on the basis of said MOU, and for further disobeying the statement/order dated 27.09.2024 passed by Mr. Man Mohan Sharma, Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma, Delhi b. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioner and against Contemnor."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
