Heard learned counsel representing the parties. 2.

We have been informed that the one time settlement proposal has been accepted and has even been approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) vide order dated 15.12.2025 in company petition No. CP(IB)-204/(ND)2023. We have further been informed that the said order dated 15.12.2025 has been taken to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in appeal.

In view of the aforesaid developments, both the writ petitions, namely, W.P.(C) 2418/2024 and W.P.(C) 14992/2024 as also both these The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. appeals have been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, these appeals as also the writ petitions, namely, W.P.(C) 2418/2024 and W.P.(C) 14992/2024 are dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Let this order be placed on the paper book of both the abovementioned writ petitions as well.

It is needless to say that all the pleas to the parties shall be available before the NCLAT in the appeal pending there against the order dated 15.12.2025 passed by the NCLT.
