% 06.02.2026 CRL.M.A. 4161/2026 By way of the present application filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, Mr. Amit Rana (GP), learned counsel for respondent No.3, seeks correction/modification of order dated 12.01.2026, submitting that by inadvertence, his appearance has not been recorded in the said order.

In view of the averments contained in the application; and the nature of the prayer made, the present application which is duly supported by affidavit, is allowed.

The appearance of Mr. Amit Rana (GP), counsel for respondent No. 3 is taken on record in order dated 12.01.2026. Order dated 12.01.2026 be read accordingly.
