By way of the present petitions, the petitioners seek directions to the respondent to sanction the pension of the petitioners and forthwith release the dues.

During the course of hearing, it is acceded by the respective counsel for the parties that the issue agitated in the present petitions stands squarely covered by the decision dated 01.05.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 372/2023 captioned as Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board Vs. Dulari Devi and Anr. as well as the decision dated 02.05.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 758/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

captioned as Kishan Lal vs. Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. In terms thereof, the petitioners are entitled to pension.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the requisite pension shall be released to each of the petitioners, within a period of 2 weeks from today. The said statement is taken on record. 4.
