O R D E R

% 20.03.2018 Respondent no.2 Mr. Ravi Kumar Girdhar is present in Court and has been identified by SI Bharat Lal of police station Hauz Khas. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioner no. 1 of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 submits that he has received the entire settled amount of `32,00,000/-.

Disputes between the parties also have civil flavour. Respondent no. 2 submits that he has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioners.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.205/2015 under Section 420 IPC registered at Police Station Hauz Khas and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
