The present petition is filed seeking registration of FIR in regard to the alleged incident of robbery, physical assault and snatching of cash and mobile phone, which took place on 04.06.2024.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that the present petition is not maintainable as the petitioner has not approached the learned Trial Court under Section 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (corresponding Section 175 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023).

that the complaint of the petitioner will be duly looked into and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. 4.

Considering the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition at this stage. 5.
