The present petition under Section 447 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks transfer of Ct. Case No. 12483/2019 titled "Ajay Vashisht vs. Riya Vashisht & Ors." from the Court of JMFC-12, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi having jurisdiction over P.S. Mohan Garden to the competent Court having jurisdiction over P.S. Ranhola. 2.

Initially, the complaint was filed before the District Courts, Tis Hazari, as the matter then fell within the jurisdiction of P.S. Uttam Nagar. Subsequently, following the reorganization of districts, the jurisdiction of P.S. Uttam Nagar came under the territorial jurisdiction of the Dwarka Courts, and the case was accordingly transferred. dated 17th October, 2023, filed by the SHO, P.S. Uttam Nagar, the jurisdiction fell under P.S. Mohan Garden. Thereafter, the SHO, P.S. Mohan Garden, submitted a report dated 04th July, 2024, under Section 202 Cr.P.C., indicating that the offence actually falls within the jurisdiction of P.S. Ranhola. This fact was duly noted in the order dated 4th July, 2024 passed by the JMFC-02, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi.

The Petitioner accepts the findings recorded in the report submitted under Section 202 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, the request for transfer is allowed and Ct. Case No. 12483/2019, titled "Ajay Vashisht vs. Riya Vashisht & Ors.", is hereby transferred from the Court of the JMFC-02, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi to the competent Court having jurisdiction over P.S. Ranhola, Delhi. The Principal District and Sessions Judge of the concerned district shall assign the matter to a competent court having jurisdiction over P.S. Ranhola.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 5.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District and Sessions Judge for necessary information and compliance.
