The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the Parties have settled the matter through Mediation and have executed the Settlement Agreement dated 24.07.2025 ("Settlement Agreement"). 2.
At the request of the Parties, the Settlement Agreement is taken on record and the Parties are directed to be bound by the Terms of Settlement, as contained in the Settlement Agreement.

As per the Terms of Settlement, Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 have agreed to suffer permanent injunction in terms of Prayers (a) to (c), (g) and (j) of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the Plaint against Defendant Nos. 1 and 2. As regards Defendant Nos. 3 and 4, as they are the Domain Name Registrars, the Plaintiff does not wish to press the Suit against them, as they have already complied with the interim directions to block the Domain Names as per Order dated 27.11.2024. 4.
Let the Decree Sheet be drawn against Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 in terms of the Prayers (a) to (c), (g) and (j). 5.
The Suit is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. I.A. 19479/2025 6.
This is an Application filed by the Plaintiff under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking refund of Court Fees in favour of the Plaintiff's Constituted Power of Attorney.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at an early stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the Plaintiff's Constituted Power of Attorney, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.

It is however, made clear that in case any dispute arises between the Parties and in the event, either Party approaches this Court for enforcement of the Settlement Agreement / Decree, the said Party or Parties will become liable to pay the entire Court Fees thereon.

The Application stands disposed of.
