This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) issue direction to Respondent no.2 to issue an appropriate order or letter or certificate or any other communication declaring thereby the continuation of recognition of the petitioner institution, till date, as was originally / initially granted to it by the Respondent no.2 vide Recognition Order dated 24.08.2004, for running the P.T.C. [now D.El.Ed.] course; and (b) consequent direction to Respondent no.2 to forward a copy of the aforesaid proposed communication, to the Affiliating Authority of the petitioner institution, as well as State Department of Higher Education, for their reference and all future purposes including counselling etc." 2.
