The present petition seeks to direct Respondent No. 1 to decide his request for mutation through applications dated 4th March, 2023 and 9th July, 2024, in a time bound manner. The Petitioner places reliance on notification dated 17th September, 2024 issued by Government of NCT of Delhi, Revenue Department.

Issue notice. Mr. Prashant Manchanda, ASC for GNCTD, who is present in Court, is requested to appear on behalf of the Revenue Department. He accepts notice.

The limited prayer sought by the Petitioner is for Respondents to take action on the Petitioner's applications dated 4th March, 2024 and 9th July, 2024 submitted by the Petitioner for seeking mutation in the regular record. 4.
