Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No. 0195/2025 dated 11.03.2025 registered under Sections 281/125(a) BNS at P.S. Kalkaji and all the proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of Memorandum of Settlement dated 02.09.2025.

The case of the Prosecution is that on 05.02.2025 while the Petitioner No. 1/Harmeet Singh was driving the vehicle, hit into the Respondent No.2/Complainant thereby causing simple injuries. 3.
In terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 02.09.2025, the parties have settled not only this FIR but also their case before MACT. 4.
The Complainant is present in person.

terms thereof voluntarily and they submit that the said Settlement has been arrived at between the parties, without any pressure and coercion and that they shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.Endorses 6.
As per the terms of the Settlement, Rs.50,000/- has been agreed to be paid to the Complainant by the Petitioners. Rs.25,000/- has already stands paid, which is acknowledged by the Respondent No. 2 and the remaining Rs.25,000/- has been paid today in cash, which is accepted by the Respondent No. 2.

Considering totality of circumstances and the nature of the allegations and the fact that they have settled the matter amicably, the FIR No. 0195/2025 dated 11.03.2025 registered under Sections 281/125(a) BNS at P.S. Kalkaji and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.
