Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No. 0237/2018 registered under Sections 406/420/34 IPC at P.S. EOW and all the proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of Deed of Settlement dated 30.10.2025.

Petitioners and the Respondent No. 2 are present in person, who submit that they have mutually arrived at the Settlement dated 30.10.2025 on the terms stated therein and the payment schedule is also mentioned in the said Settlement.

The parties have endorsed the amicable settlement and accepted the terms thereof voluntarily and they submit that the said Settlement has been arrived at between the parties, without any pressure and coercion and that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
