This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to produce the detenue from the alleged forceful and illegal custody of respondent no. 4 to 7. 2.

Ms. Prerna Sharma, respondent no. 4, has appeared before us in person along with the minor child. petitioner and is residing in Amritsar with her parents. She further submits that she has filed proceedings before the learned Family Court seeking maintenance from the petitioner.

As the respondent no. 4 has appeared in person before us along with the minor child, and does not wish to go with the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of, reserving liberty to the parties to avail of their remedies in accordance with law.
