After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states that, since the matter is yet to be argued on the point of charge, he would like to reserve all his rights and contentions to be urged before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

2.

Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate steps and avail remedies in the event of any decision adverse to the Petitioner on the point of change. 3.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. The Court has not commented on the merits of the case. All right and contentions of the parties are left open.
