All the counsels appearing on behalf of the parties submits that the matter has been amicable settled inter se the parties in the Mediation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 07.11.2023.

On instructions learned counsel submits that the parties have arrived at Settlement voluntarily and shall remain bound with the terms of the Settlement dated 07.11.2023.

In view of the Settlement arrived at between the parties in the Mediation Centre, the suit is disposed of.
