O R D E R

% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the appellant Insurance Company has agreed to pay a sum of `95,000/- (Rupees Ninety Five Thousand only) over and above the amounts payable in terms of the impugned award. Such additional amount of `95,000/- shall be deposited with DHCLSC within 03 weeks, failing which it shall carry an interest @ 12% p.a. Additional sum so deposited shall be released to the claimants proportionately in consonance with the terms of the award, subject to verification. The impugned award stands modified accordingly.
