The present bail application is filed seeking interim bail in FIR No. 481/2020 dated 13.09.2020, registered at Police Station Dayal Pur, for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, ('IPC') and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 on the ground that the applicant's child has been diagnosed with Liver abscess.

The status report has been filed by the State and the same is taken on record.

Undisputedly, the applicant's son was admitted in the ICU in hospital and has been recently discharged, however, he is still undergoing treatment.

Thus, purely on humanitarian grounds, the applicant is permitted to visit his child and is admitted on interim bail only BAIL APPLN. 4180/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. for six hours on the date of his release.

The concerned Jail Superintendent is directed to make the applicant visit his child after making appropriate arrangements for security. The Police official on duty is directed to be in plain clothes.
