This contempt application has been filed, challenging the Order dated 23.10.2024, passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Cont. Cas(C) No. 648/2023, titled Pavni Kapur vs. Deepak Gupta, whereby the learned Single Judge has directed as under:- "6. In the meanwhile, he is directed to make the payment of ₹ 1,25,000/- to the petitioner within two weeks from today without prejudice and subject to future adjustments. Failing which, appropriate coercive process shall be initiated."

contempt, and in fact, only an interim direction has been passed, therefore, the present appeal filed under Section 19 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is not maintainable. We are guided by the Judgment of the Supreme Court in Ajay Kumar Bhalla & Ors. vs. Prakash Kumar Dixit, 2024 SCC OnLine SC 1874, in this regard. 4.

Accordingly, we dismiss the present appeal, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of the remedies in accordance with law.
