These two petitions arise out of the same award. The parties were referred to mediation by an order dated 05.11.2019. The parties have settled their disputes, and a settlement agreement dated 07.01.2020 has been executed between them. A copy of the settlement agreement has been placed on record.

The agreement is signed by a partner of M/s Naraindas R.Israni and by the Deputy General Manager of M/s Rites Limited. The authority O.M.P. (COMM) 104/2017 & Other Connected Matter

letters in favour of both the signatories have been placed on record. The settlement agreement is also signed by counsel for both the parties and the learned mediator.

The terms of settlement are contained in Clause G(i) to G(iii) of the settlement agreement. It is recorded therein that the full and final settlement amount has been paid by M/s Rites Limited to M/s Naraindas R.Israni.

In these circumstances, learned counsel for the parties submit that these petitions may be disposed of in terms of the settlement. 5.

Having regard to submissions of counsel and material placed on record, I do not find any impediment to the disposal of the petitions on the basis of the settlement. It is ordered accordingly. 6.

Both the petitions and pending application(s) are disposed of in the above terms.
