The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant assailing the correctness of the order dated 20.08.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in EX.P.29/2018 captioned M/s. Canbank Financial Services Ltd. v. Gitanjali Motors Ltd. & Ors.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant, after arguing for some time, prays to withdraw the present Appeal, particularly in view of Paragraph No.42 of the Judgment dated 15.12.2017 and Section 52 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
