At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that, on instructions which he had received from petitioners yesterday, partial benefits have been passed on.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that the matter is being processed and in every likelihood, the entire benefits in terms of order dated 05.02.2024, passed in W.P.(C) No. 990/2022 shall be passed on to the petitioner within four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the above said assurance, on instructions, he does not press the present contempt petition. He, however, submits that liberty may be granted to petitioners to revive the present petition, in case, nothing happens despite the expiry of aforesaid period. 4.

The contempt petition stands disposed of as not pressed. 5.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
