The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:

"A. Issue a Writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi to dispose of O.A. No. 112 of 2022 (Jaipal Singh Bhakuni & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors.) expeditiously and within a time-bound period of four months, or within such period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order; B. Pass such further orders or directions as may be deemed just, fit, and proper in the interest of justice, equity, and good conscience; and C. Allow the present Writ Petition with costs in favour of the Petitioners."

In our view, while exercising our powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, it would not be fair on us to dictate the diary of the learned Tribunal. This petition is, therefore, disposed of, reserving liberty with the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the learned Tribunal for consideration of its prayer for the O.A. to be heard in a time-bound manner.
