Mr. Satyakam accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.

Learned counsel says that the grievance of the petitioner can be addressed at this stage itself.

I am informed by Mr. Satyakam based on the instructions of Mr. N.S. Yadav, MLO that if the petitioners were to submit a self-attested E-Aadhar then requisite steps for issuance of learners licence would be taken. 6.

Mr. Satyakam says that that the E-Aadhar will suffice for the purposes for identity and proof of address and that in so far as proof of age is concerned, the petitioners will have to produce the relevant documents.

Having heard the submission of Mr. Satyakam, counsel for the petitioner says that he does not wish to press the petition in further. 8.

Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of. The respondents will act according to the stand taken before me.
