Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), to take action against the illegal construction in respect of the property bearing DDA Flat No. B2/2311, Green Glade Apartments, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070, in view of the Demolition Order dated 12th September, 2025, passed by respondent no. 1MCD. 2.

Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1-MCD submits that a demolition program is already fixed on 12th November, 2025, and that requisite action shall be taken. 3.

Accordingly, MCD is held bound to take requisite action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question, in accordance with law.

The Station House Officer ("SHO"), Police Station-Vasant Kunj, is directed to provide police assistance to the MCD on 12th November, 2025, when the action is fixed.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 4 submits that respondent no. 4 is in the process of filing an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD ("ATMCD").

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 4 further gives an undertaking before this Court that no further unauthorized construction is going on in the property in question.

The aforesaid statement is taken note of.

Noting the aforesaid and with the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of.
