The present petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeks quashing of FIR No. 474/2022, registered at P.S. Shakarpur, Delhi, under Sections 392, 397 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. The request for quashing is founded upon a compromise between the Petitioners and the Complainants, who have filed affidavits supporting the prayer for quashing of the FIR.
