% 07.02.2018 Vide order dated 23.12.2015 passed by the Joint Registrar (Judicial) this matter was transferred to East District in view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015. Now, this case has been received back from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-4, East District through the learned District Judge on the ground that the suit property falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Shahdara District. This was recorded by the learned Additional District Judge-4 on 29.01.2018 in the presence of counsel for the plaintiff and defendant number 2 in person. Today also counsel for the plaintiff states that the present case is required to be transferred to Shahdara District. Accordingly Registry is directed to transmit this case to the Court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, for 16th February, 2018 at 2:00 pm. (J.
