The present Petition, under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been filed seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties arising out of the General Agreement dated 20.06.2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks the liberty to withdraw the present Petition since it is stated that the parties have settled their disputes.

Liberty, as sought for, is granted.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
