O R D E R

% 23.04.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he was implicated in five cases after his arrest.

Learned APP has opposed bail application of the petitioner. It is contended that petitioner has been arrested in FIR registered under sections 379/411/34 IPC in respect of theft of Pulsar motorcycle, which was got recovered at his instance.

Petitioner is in custody for the last about three months. Investigations are complete, charge sheet has been filed. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
