% 23.02.2018 The parties have amicably settled their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 21st February, 2018.

This writ petition and the pending application are disposed of in terms of the settlement. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has paid the settlement amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- to the respondent.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited the award amount of Rs. 2,29,710/- in terms of the order dated 23rd May, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks release of the said amount.

The Registrar General is directed to release the said amount to petitioner along with interest thereon.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
