This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking the following relief:- "a) Pass an ex-parte order in the nature of ad-interim relief appointing a Receiver, namely the Collection Manager of the Petitioner, as an ad-interim Court Receiver, with directions to act Jointly and severally, and to take possession of the subject property/vehicles mentioned in the present Petition and keep the same in safe custody at the Petitioner's authorized yard."

Mr. Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, states that out of 84 vehicles, 39 vehicles have already been handed over and the balance 44 vehicles will be handed over to the petitioner/ nominee at their nearest office on or before 31.12.2025.
