Vs. M/s Aerens Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. pending before the District Judge South-District be transferred to the District Judge, District New Delhi. Parties to appear before the District Judge South-District on

27.4.2016 who shall pass appropriate order of transfer of the suit to the District Judge, District New Delhi. Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to inform counsel for the respondent/defendant about the order passed today by this Court.
