On 28.11.2024, the Court directed for issuance of notice. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3, on instructions, submitted that the formal bulletin of the examination in question shall be issued while keeping in mind the necessary rules and regulations as applicable to the said respondent. The Court, therefore, directed learned counsel to place on record a short affidavit.

Accordingly, an affidavit on behalf of respondent no.3 was placed on record. The aforesaid affidavit dated 30.11.2024, reads as under:- "1. That I am the Respondent no. 3, i.e. Organizing Chairperson of JEE (Advanced) 2025 in the captioned writ petition. I am conversant with the facts of the case. Thus, I am competent to affirm the present affidavit.

2. That I state that the terms and conditions governing the JEE (Advanced) 2025 is in terms of the Information Brochure. The Information Brochure is under preparation and is being finalized and is The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. yet to be published. The Information Brochure shall be in accordance with the necessary rules and regulations.

That the judgment of this Hon'ble Court passed in the case of Devadarsini Umapathy vs Medical Counselling Committee & Ors, in WP (C) No. 12263 /2024 had already been taken note of and was under consideration, before receipt of advance service of the present writ petition. The Information Brochure shall contain the appropriate provisions to bring the rules governing the candidates who are Overseas Citizen of India, in accordance with the aforesaid judgment.

4. That the above statement is true and correct." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that so far as the grievance with respect to respondent no.3 is concerned, as of now, the same stands satisfied, provided the remaining respondents, i.e. respondent no.4 and 5 should also follow the same pattern. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.4 and 5, on instructions, submits that the similar method shall be followed by respondent no.4 and 5 as has been stated by respondent no.3 in its affidavit. 5.

The statement so made, is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, at this stage, nothing more is required to be adjudicated. However, the respective respondents are bound by their affidavit/undertaking.

In case, the petitioner has any further grievance with respect to the adherence of the undertaking, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition along with pending application, stands disposed of.
