% 21.03.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the respondent no.1. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and accept notice. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 have been identified by SI Dhan Singh of polices station Subzi Mandi.
They submit that they have settled their disputes with the petitioner vide Deed of Compromise dated 15th March, 2018 of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that they have no objection in case FIR No. 212/2016 under Sections 384/323/506/34 IPC registered at police station Subzi Mandi is quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and
respondent nos.2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
