This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondent not to demolish the H.No.40 Village Jasola, Jamia Nagar, PO, New Friends Colony, Delhi-110025 in respect of petitioner Nos.l, 2 & 4 and H.No.30, Village Jasola, Jamia Nagar, PO, New Friends Colony, Delhi-11 0025 in respect of petitioner No.3 situated in Khasra No.273 in the revenue estate of village Jasola, New Delhi."
