Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for setting the Impugned Order dated 18.10.2025 of learned Link Chief Judicial Magistrate, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in FIR No. 115/2024 registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2, submits that the Respondent has already travelled pursuant to this Order and the present Petition has become infructuous.

The Impugned Order granted permission to the Accused to travel, which he has already done, the Petition has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly with the observation that the Petitioner is at liberty to take the legal objections with the clarification that there is no finding of this Court and the Petitioner is at liberty to take the grounds as stated before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
