Through the instant writ petition, the Petitioner seeks release of a purported sale deed, presented to Respondent No. 2 for registration vide receipt no. 3323 dated 23rd March, 2023, in their favour. The Petitioner contends that no decision has been taken on the said document till date. 2.
On the other hand, the Respondents have handed over a copy of a deficiency memorandum dated 24th March, 2023, regarding the said sale deed and a copy thereof has been supplied to the Petitioner. 3.
In light of the foregoing, without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to take the appropriate recourse against the deficiency memorandum, in accordance with law.
