% 12.01.2016 This is a suit for rendition of accounts. The valuation of the suit is Rs. 97,81,618/-.

In view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24th November, 2015 & in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, 2015 vide Notification No. F.No.L19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 Sub-Section (ii), the present matter is liable to be transferred to the learned District & Sessions Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts. Accordingly, the parties to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, Delhi on March 22, 2016.

As the jurisdiction of the District Courts (New Delhi), Patiala House has been determined on the basis of the address of the defendant at Vimhans, 1, Institutional Area, Nehru Nagar, New Delhi, if in the opinion of

learned District and Sessions Judge, the jurisdiction lies in a different district, then, he shall transfer the same to the concerned District under intimation to the parties.
