% 20.05.2016 Disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 01.04.2016 has been signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.

Learned counsel state that they have complied with the terms of the said settlement.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the said settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties.
