A perusal of the documents filed with the writ petition shows that the petitioner has also filed a civil suit, wherein issues with regard to unauthorized construction by the respondents no.2 and 3, which are the subject matter of the present writ petition, have also been raised. 2.

Reference may be made to the plaint filed in Civil Suit 2701/2017 and the prayers therein. In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 4.
