The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions for setting aside the Auction Notice dated 27th October, 2025, and subsequent Eauction process proposed to be held on 7th November, 2025. 2.
Notice was issued in the writ petition on 6th November, 2025. 3.
Counsel for the respondent submits that since no interim protection was granted to the petitioner, the auction process has been completed. He submits that in view thereof, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present writ petition since the auction has already been completed.
