By way of present writ petition, the petitioner, who is a convict in the proceedings emanating from FIR No. 582/2016 registered under Section 376 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act at P.S. Shahbad Dairy, Delhi is aggrieved by the act of the respondent in not considering and disposing of his application for grant of first spell of furlough. 2.

Issue notice.

Ld. ASC for the State accepts notice and, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's application will be considered and disposed of within two weeks from today.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State, present writ petition is disposed of alongwith pending application. 5.
